Covid-19 Updated Policies

A Covid pre screening e-document will be sent prior to your appointment.

Effective immediately,
Browdolls is following the Business Restrictions Exception Program.

This means i’ll be requiring proof of vaccinations for appointments. The following are considered acceptable forms:
1. Government of Alberta Vaccination Card
2. MyHealth Record Immunization Record
3. Immunization Record from provider

Information that must be present given with any one of the forms listed above include:
- First and Last name
- Date of birth
- Dosage information
- Date dosage was administered

After a very long year of restrictions, I’ve made the difficult decision to implement this program during Alberta’s state of emergency. Doing my part supporting health care workers and to keep myself safe while working so close to clients faces.

Policies

Consent

Prior to appointment; a consent form must be signed and agreed upon. (18+)

Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when making an appointment to secure your spot. This deposit will go towards your service.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services. Under certain circumstances we will give a discount off your next visit.

Cancellation/No shows

No shows are not tolerated and will not be able to rebook. It only takes a minute to quickly send us a message to reschedule or cancel.

We require 48 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. Last minute cancellations will not be given priority booking when rescheduling. We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur and we will take that into account, however multiple cancellations will result in refusal of service. 

Late Policy

15 minutes late = cancellation of appointment

Guest Policy

Please do not bring a guest to your appointment, we are a home based studio not a salon! We hope you understand.
